Automatic winding machine effectively improves work efficiency

August 14th at 5:21pm

The progress of automatic processing capability of winding machines is known to all users. Various high-end sensors, high-precision transmission components, servo systems, and other precision components are continuously used in the control of winding machines.

The control system of CNC winding machine is widely used in the field of Z. It has automatic wiring function and can be seen during the winding process of various coils. This system integrates commonly used functions in the surrounding process. The control circuit integrates the control and signal input of the equipment, and the application of the system can also be equipped with random differential. The wire wheel is an arrangement in the structure of the winding machine that directly touches the enameled wire. The pulley structures of different types of wires have certain differences. The commonly used winding techniques include flat wire, single strand round wire, multi strand round wire, etc. We will introduce the use of wire wheels equipped with these three winding techniques.

The groove shape of the flat wire wheel is mainly rectangular or rectangular, and the width and thickness of the guide wheel are greater than those of the conventional steel wire wheel. Because the winding section of the flat wire during the winding process is mainly rectangular, the gap between the grooves can be adjusted according to different wire diameters. When winding a single round wire, V-shaped guide wheels are generally used, and the wire can be effectively guided in the V-shaped groove. The standard equipment for many automatic winding machines is generally a V-shaped guide wheel, and the winding of multiple round wires requires one enameled wire, so their equipment is quite special, requiring a U-shaped guide wheel.

Different winding machines have different winding processes, and the same goes for wire reels. Different types of steel wire wheels have certain differences in raw materials. Metal, nylon, copper, and aluminum alloy materials are commonly used for winding reels, and some special winding reels are also unique.
