1、 The device body is the main body of the winding machine, mainly referring to the frame, object, spindle, and other major mechanical components.
According to different requirements for winding processing, it can be divided into various types of winding machines, such as vertical, horizontal, desktop, automatic winding machines, etc. The structure of an automatic winding machine must meet the requirements of automated production because the CNC system is a highly automated device. Therefore, the body structure of the automatic winding machine is largely specially designed.
2、 The electrical control system is the core of the automatic winding machine, including the display interface, operation interface, computing components, and storage functional components.
The CNC system of modern automatic winding machines is mostly computer-controlled, and the CNC system has the following main functions: linkage control (multi axis linkage); Interpolation of multiple functions; Conversion of various programming codes; Various forms of data input; The selection of various winding methods; Self diagnosis of faults, etc. Therefore, we refer to the numerical control system as a CNC system.

3、 The driving device is the driving component of the winding machine actuator. Mainly including spindle drive unit, drive unit for cable shaft, spindle motor and other drive motors.
The spindle system of a regular winding machine is driven by a motor to achieve transmission and variable speed. The spindle and wire arrangement movement of the automatic winding machine are commanded by the numerical control system and implemented through the actions of the controller and stepper system. This imposes some special requirements on the driving device of the automatic winding machine. For example, the servo drive of an automatic winding machine should have good fast response ability, be able to accurately and sensitively track the instructions issued by the CNC system, and achieve fast start, speed change, and stop.
4、 Auxiliary devices refer to some necessary supporting components of automatic winding machines.
The auxiliary device covers a wide range, including almost all electrical, pneumatic and other equipment on the winding machine. Due to the significant impact of auxiliary devices on the implementation of the functions of automatic winding machines, China has made great progress in the matching and development of these auxiliary devices, and the localization rate is already very high.
